Wandering Minds provides individual therapy to adults. We treat a variety of mental health disorders and tailor your treatment plan to your symptoms, needs, and goals. Sessions are 45 minutes long.
Depression and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we can help you recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. We also offer CAMS therapy to help those who have lost hope and are experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Flashbacks, hypervigilance, fear, nightmares, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger and make life seem impossible. Using EMDR therapy, narrative therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, we can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Have you struggled to find a therapist who understands severe mental health challenges? We specialize in helping you manage issues such as extreme mood swings, auditory and visual hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, and dissociation. We pride ourselves in supporting you through these experiences and helping you to develop the skills and understanding to live the life you want to live.
