Monica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University. Monica previously worked in community mental health, and a group practice, before starting her own private practice. Monica has experience treating severe mental illness, suicide prevention, trauma, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse. She also has experience treating first responders, military, and veterans with the goal of helping them to excel in their personal and professional lives.

Sarah is a Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and navigate life’s challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with additional training in Play Therapy.
Sarah enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and she especially loves supporting couples, families, and young children (ages 3–13).

Sarah uses a warm, strength-based style that focuses on each person’s unique needs. When asked why she chose this profession, Sarah shares, “As humans, we all need connection and support as we walk through life’s challenges.” She strives to create a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can take place. Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing board games, and reading.
